Indexed Mesh
TheAn Indexed Mesh entity is thea resultprocessed version of applying the project’s spatial index to a raw Mesh entity.entity Indexedthat Mesheshas canbeen spatially indexed according to the project’s coordinate system. This allows the mesh to be efficiently visualized and combined with other forms of spatial data.datasets within VoxelSpace.
OnceCreating youan selectIndexed Mesh
- In your project’s Catalog, click “Add Object.”
- Select “Indexed Mesh” from the
“AdddropdownObject”menu.

Finalizing the Process
Once all parameters are set:
- Click
on“Create” tobeginstart the indexingprocess.operation. - The system will process the mesh and generate a spatially indexed version. You can
trackmonitor theupload operation from the “Pending” sectionstatus in the project’spage.“Pending” section.
Viewing the Indexed Mesh
Once theAfter processing is complete,complete:
- Click the
new“View”entitybuttonbynextclicking onto the“View”IndexedbuttonMesh entry intheyourentity’project’srowcataloginsidetotheopenCatalogit. - Alternatively,
you maycreate a View entitythatandusesassign thenewlyIndexedcreated entityMesh asaits sourcedataset.dataset to incorporate it into a broader visualization.
